WW2

Bees Class have had a fantastic week this week.

We were visited by Lee, an army sergeant! He showed us lots of equipment he uses when on army missions. He gave us face paints and army rations to try! Some of the food we enjoyed, but we thought lots of it was quite spicy.

We then pretended we were in London during the Blitz. The pupils had to listen for an air siren and then quickly hide in the Anderson Shelter. We created our own radio broadcasts to listen to whilst in the Anderson Shelter.

Finally, Bees Class wrote their own poems about the war.

Have a fantastic half term!
