Greek cooking-Spinach and cheese filo parcels - Thursday 18th January

 In our cookery lessons we are looking at Greek foods. This week we made Spinach and cheese filo parcels using Feta cheese, tomato, spinach and pastry. The children cut tomatoes, onions and cheese then they rolled the pastry.  Then the children tasted the different ingredients and filled the pastry with their choice of filling.
